More on Chef Scott

Scott started his cooking career locally at Gordy’s Boathouse and then Chuck’s Lakeshore Inn. After a brief college career he followed his passion and went to culinary school in Minneapolis MN. Following culinary school he cooked in West Palm Beach, Minneapolis, St Paul and locally here at TWs Applegate (The Wagon Wheel). The pull of the family business was too strong and 15 years ago he joined the Kunes Auto and RV group and is now COO of the group. While he hasn’t cooked professionally since he still loves to cook for family and friends.
