For 20 plus years Chef Ruiz has worked in the area’s top resorts and restaurants. Chef Ruiz started his culinary adventures at the age of 15 at Popeyes in Lake Geneva. A family owned establishment. At the age of 18 Ruiz had a chance to mentor under his father and brother (both chefs) at Interlaken resort, now known as the Ridges.
He took his training and became sous chef at The Hunt Club at Geneva National. On his culinary adventures Ruiz has participated in numerous wine dinners and charity events such as March of Dimes and The Night of Love.
